Refund policy

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Due to all our prints being printed/made to order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange - so please choose wisely upon confirming order. Nor can we accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item/s, please send us an email to hello@littlettering.com so we can offer our help.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item/s is damaged in any way or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important that you please keep all item/s and the packaging together - then contact us at hello@littlettering.com as soon as within 7 days (with photos of the damages where possible) so that we can get in touch with the couriers for them to collect the damaged items and packaging. We will then be able to sort a replacement/s for you.
