Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email with a tracking number. We will reach out to you if there are any unexpected delays.

 

Domestic shipping within South Africa

Delivery is R80 Nationwide, and free of charge for all orders over R800.

Please note we currently do not offer international shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status online. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@littlettering.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
